Benaiah Foundation has its own office / meeting room at Koemarkt 4b in Schiedam (The Netherlands). The director works for an average of 20 hours a week who, in addition to preparing the meetings, maintains contacts with the organizations in which the fund is involved. For the secretariat and administration there is a part-time employee for approx. 6 hours a week.

Both the director and the employee are not employed by the foundation and are paid for their work in line with the market.

Board members receive holiday pay, in addition, expenses such as travel and accommodation costs are reimbursed.
